The UWA Health Campus will open to the community for the first time in 2018.

Future students and their families will have the opportunity to explore our state-of-the art facilities, including teaching and research laboratories, e-learning suites and WA’s most comprehensive pathology museum.

This is also your chance to learn about the many health-related courses available at WA’s top university, from academics, current students and graduates of areas such as medicine, biomedical engineering, genetics, sports science, pharmacology and dentistry.

Pathology Museum Collection

Walk through the most extensive museum of human specimens in WA and discover how UWA students use these specimens to study human health and disease. The Museum has over 3,500 unique and valuable pathology specimens.

Dental School

Oral Health Centre of WA (OHCWA)
Visit the state of the art dental teaching and learning facilities where you will be based as a dental student. Take a tour of OHCWA, digitally scan teeth with our latest intra-oral scanners, drill teeth using the virtual haptic system and make D.I.Y jewellery using dental material.

Interactive Teaching

e-Learning Suites
Take a class in an e-learning suite where you’ll see how the highly interactive teaching suites are used. These state of the art teaching facilities are used by pathology, microbiology, pharmacology and medicine students.

Lab Skills 101

Pharmacology Lab
See how your suturing and microscope skills measure up in Lab Skills 101! Come along to this modern and high-tech lab where current students will help you practice the skills needed to develop your career in health.

Plague Inc

Seminar Room
Play Plague Inc., the interactive game that simulates the spread and severity of the plague. This fun activity is offered by the School of Population and Global Health.
