A university degree is about so much more than just learning.

Studying at UWA not only gives you the opportunity to gain a world-class degree, it opens up many doors when it’s time for you to find a career pathway you love. You’ll build greater confidence and find a fresh perspective on the world, with the chance to get involved in everything from clubs and societies, to community work, internships and a whole range of social activities.

Enjoy flexibility at UWA

You don’t have to head straight to university study from high school. Feel free to take a year off and travel, or explore the subjects you like in more depth so when you enrol, you’re ready. We’ll always be here.

Our flexible course structure means you can combine your personal interests with your career goals. Accounting and Indonesian? No problems. Music and Marketing? Sure. Human Biology and Media Studies? You got it.

Fogarty Scholarship

The UWA Fogarty Scholarship Program enriches our community by investing in exceptional young people who use their skills, abilities and commitment to lead positive change in our community, State and nation. Established in 2004, the program is a joint initiative of the Fogarty Foundation and The University of Western Australia, and is one of Australia’s premier scholarship programs, awarding 10 new scholarships to students each year.
